These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Plangol ET, including our website at www.plangol.com , mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Plangol ET ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PLEASE READ THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND LIMITS CLASS ACTIONS.

1. Description of the Service

The Service provides educational tools, learning programs, training content, assessments, progress tracking, and related digital services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with applicable laws.

3. Account Registration and Security

5. Content Provided by Plangol ET

All content available through the Service, including lessons, exercises, text, images, audio, videos, and code folders (collectively, "Content") is provided solely by Plangol ET.

Users may access, view, copy, or download the Content only for personal learning purposes and only for the materials provided by Plangol ET. Users are not permitted to upload their own content, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Content beyond personal use, unless explicitly authorized by Plangol ET.

All rights, title, and interest in the Content remain exclusively with Plangol ET. Any unauthorized use of the Content may result in termination of your access to the Service.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Plangol ET offers paid subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription: USD $9.99 per month
• Yearly Subscription: USD $99.99 per year

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of that period.

No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features, except where required by law.

7. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Service may offer digital features, credits, or virtual items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed outside the Service. We may modify or discontinue Virtual Items at any time without liability.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, videos, and materials on the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Plangol ET and are protected by intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plangol ET disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plangol ET will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Plangol ET's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Plangol ET for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plangol ET and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

15. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, submit a written notice including:

• A description of the copyrighted work
• The location of the allegedly infringing material
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, EXCEPT THAT EITHER PARTY MAY SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF IN COURT FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR MISUSE CLAIMS.

Before initiating arbitration, the party seeking arbitration must send a written notice describing the dispute and requested relief. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed provider. Arbitration will take place in English. Each party waives the right to a jury trial or class action.

If you do not want to arbitrate disputes with Plangol ET, you may opt out by emailing support@plangol.com within 30 days of first using the Service.

18. Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Plangol ET regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.
